A grey living room would look both formal and stylish. It is a tricky color but it can be very beautiful when combined with other colors. And because gray is not a very dynamic color you should use some focal points in your room. For example, a zebra rug would make a great addition to a gray living room design.
Besides the circular living room and the rectangular formal dining room – also open to the outdoors when its large glass doors are open – the first floor is one big, wide-open space. Shades of white are used extensively to let natural light bounce off of all of the surfaces and further add visual space to the home.
Obviously, depending on the mood you’re trying to create, there are tons of colors to choose from. For a serene and relaxing ambiance, go with pastel colors like peach or white. If you want the room to feel extra warm and cozy you can paint the walls brown. If you like strong contrasts, then choose stripes. The black and white combo is always nice. Then there’s also the option of using a vibrant color like red, orange or green if you want the room to look fresh and energetic.
Self-contained, portable and prefabricated, this Living Roof idea encapsulates an ideal of mobile and modular urban expansion the only way most cities can still go: up.
Choosing a color theme for the living room is one of the first steps when redecorating. Even though gray is not technically a color it s a great choice for basically everything. It is also a very fashionable tone these days. There are lots of different hues of grey as well and you can play with that when decorating your home.
