In some of their example settings the furniture is largely designed to blend with existing design elements and color schemes. In other cases the new furniture is intended to stand out brightly from the current design scheme and make a bold set of statements.
Choosing a color theme for the living room is one of the first steps when redecorating. Even though gray is not technically a color it s a great choice for basically everything. It is also a very fashionable tone these days. There are lots of different hues of grey as well and you can play with that when decorating your home.
Green walls and roofs are growing (no pun intended) more popular every day in both private home designs and public design projects, but one interior designer has taken the idea to the next level, bringing to life interior wall surfaces with real greenery.
You can also use blue for the rug or carpet and for other items as well such as the lamps, the decorative pillows or even the furniture itself. Blue is a color that looks absolutely wonderful when combined with brown and beige. The atmosphere becomes so inviting and calm that you’ll want to spend the whole day in the living room.
A tan couch offers you two options: either select a red shade and give the room a bold look or go with a contrasting color for a contemporary look. Turquoise, emerald green, lime yellow or purple are great options.
